Public Safety and Justice sits within the Strategy and Transformation Operating Unit of the Government and Public Service Business Unit. Public Safety covers policing, borders, civil defense and justice and PwC Middle East has an ambitious programme for growth in this sector.

The successful candidate will join a growing and increasingly dynamic team leading technical contributions to business development and project delivery, including:

• Facilitating access to technical content relevant to this sector
• Identifying and nurturing public safety contacts
• Leading and/or contributing to proposal development
• Leading and/or contributing to projects in the public safety sector

The successful candidate will be joining an established Public Safety and Justice community in PwC Middle East and will be supported by regional capabilities and resources. They will also be required to play a full and active role in the Strategy and Transformation team.

Required skills and experience

• 3-9 years of consultancy experience, including experience in strategy, transformation, or operations, with a proven track record in relevant skills such as strategy development, institutional set-up, operating model design, or performance improvement.
• Experience of delivering projects in the Public Safety and Justice domain, demonstrating an understanding of the sector and its constituent parts.
• Experience of business development in the Public Safety space, including developing technical perspectives and propositions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex subject matter to senior audiences in a concise and coherent manner, both in speech and writing.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English, in speech and writing.
