In the Middle East, we have an established People and Organization Consulting team providing our clients with an unmatched breadth and depth of local and global expertise. Roles & Responsibilities

Within People and Organisation Consulting services, you will have the opportunity to help our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload while being resilient and coping well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proven IT skills in the following programs: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where project requirements dictate.
  • Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage our clients' unique challenges in order to ensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role: CIPD, GPHR, SHRM, or equivalent is preferred.
Years of Experience: 7 – 10 years of relevant experience working on human capital problems within a consulting environment, ideally with one of the Big4 firms, a HR consultancy, or a global strategy house, or in a challenging in-house role.
Proven experience of being an integral member of a high-performing and strategic in-house HR team or within a consulting team working on people-related client engagements across multiple industries.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
