Consultant in ENT

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders, including hearing loss, sinusitis, and head and neck cancer.
• Perform a wide range of ENT procedures, such as endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, and tympanoplasty.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex ENT cases.
• Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
• Clinical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of ENT surgery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ENT surgery technology and techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board certification in ENT Surgery
• Significant clinical experience in ENT surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
• Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., otology, rhinology, head and neck surgery)
• Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
• A passion for teaching and research
