Specific Accountabilities


  1. Responsible for all electrical & instrumentation construction and pre-com related activities.
  2. Report to Senior Construction manager and the Project management team daily.
  3. Develop and attend Weekly construction management meetings with all subcontractors and management teams at site to report progress, issues and schedule amendments.
  4. Develops contingency and recovery plans as required.
  5. Monitors equipment performance and utilization; provides continuous improvement input and strategy development.
  6. Monitors Project materials and Long Lead items delivery dates to the construction schedules and milestones.
  7. Requires knowledge of construction techniques and equipment in order to develop strategies and manage overall quality and efficient daily production of equipment.
  8. Develop solutions to complex problems that require a significant degree of innovation and ingenuity.
  9. Manages all on-site equipment functions in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Company.
  10. Develops procedures as needed.
  11. Functions as liaison between multiple project managers, construction and contractors.
  12. Provides constructability input and construction planning.
  13. Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures and has front line responsibility for providing a safe work environment.
  14. Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules and issue progress reports as required.
  15. Hiring and supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
  16. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  17. Instigate and attend Weekly HSE Construction management walks of the construction site with all Subcontractors and client management teams.
  18. Ensure Quality plans and QA/QC Procedures are implemented and followed by all Contractors and Subcontractors with the required reports issued as the contract stipulates.

Should have experience in previous Aramco projects (preferably offshore) and be familiar with closure process of exception items. Should have skills in project management and coordination with stakeholders. Proficiency with OSHA requirements is required. Solid safety implementation experience and successful safety performance required. Solid Quality assurance experience and performance required.
