Construction Manager - Stadium Construction Project

The Role
My client is a leading contractor currently working on the construction of a major project near Riyadh. They are looking to recruit an experienced construction manager for the following responsibilities:

1. Managing the day-to-day running of the site, including coordinating contractors, monitoring materials, organizing equipment, and scheduling deliveries.
2. Supervising the on-site team, including site managers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff.
3. Solving any problems or challenges that arise on-site.
4. Coordinating and supervising the works in a specific area within the project and organizing the construction teams accordingly.

Requirements
Candidates should have an engineering degree and around 15 years of experience managing major building construction projects in the Middle East. Experience in steel building construction and stadiums is preferred.
