Your new role, what's involved?
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager with over 15 years of relevant experience in construction consultancy, particularly focused on road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects. As a Construction Site Manager at WSP, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

1. Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects.
2. Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed efficiently and safely.
3. Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
5. Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum.
6. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
7. Collaborate with project stakeholders including engineers, designers, clients, and authorities to ensure project success.
8. Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to project management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a background in construction consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully managing road, bridge, highway, and tunnel projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certification or licensure is a plus.
