Job Description:
The Construction Manager will coordinate and manage all aspects of façade installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, and materials) to ensure efficient project execution.
3. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets.
4. Provide transparent, timely project updates to stakeholders.
5. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
