Role Purpose
The Complex Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote an entire entertainment complex, venue, or portfolio of related attractions. This role focuses on driving guest traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing revenue through targeted marketing campaigns. The Complex Marketing Manager leads a marketing team and collaborates with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts that align with SEVEN’s overall business objectives.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy for the complex, aligning with SEVEN’s overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Lead the annual marketing planning process, including budget allocation, resource planning, and campaign scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Complex GM, operations teams, and finance teams, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
- Act as the marketing representative in cross-functional meetings, providing insights and updates on marketing performance and strategy.
- Oversee the marketing budget for the complex, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and manage marketing expenditures, ensuring all activities are within budget and aligned with financial targets.
- Prepare regular financial reports on marketing spend and performance, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with SEVEN’s internal policies, branding guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Lead the governance of brand usage and representation across all marketing materials and communications.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Role Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on managing large-scale marketing campaigns, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record of driving marketing success and brand growth.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Must be able to work independently and perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 5kg.
