Your role:

  1. Working across multiple communication mediums: Media Relations (press releases, articles, interviews)
  2. Managing Testimonials, Email Marketing, Website, Intranet, SM Campaigns, Branding (usage of all the tools for each respective scope).
  3. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  4. Develop and implement events to engage actively internal and external stakeholders, customer focused and maximizing impact
  5. Project leader to plan, manage, implement and overall coordination for marketing initiated activities and events, including the media relations planning, vendor communication, customer relationship, logistics arrangement, communication materials preparations, onsite coordination, post-event follow-up etc.
  6. Proactively taking on new, creative, and impactful initiatives in events and tradeshows
  7. Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and visual identity
  8. Collaborate with procurement to manage agency performance to ensure project results
  9. Keep a good relationship with organizer of tradeshow, keep the market leader positioning in public platform via various communication events and tradeshow
  10. Budget management and monitor campaign results and evaluate and track its success
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute events smoothly
  12. Being responsible for all project budgets from ideation to completion

Your Qualifications:

  1. The ability to coordinate the planning, design/construction activities for projects.
  2. Enthusiastic and engaging - able to adapt your style to the needs of the situation whilst safeguarding the interests of the practice and relevant relationships
  3. Ability to develop project schedules and monitor the project
  4. Skills to draft, monitor and update work plans to ensure all projects are running within the prescribed timeframes and budget parameters.
  5. Promote open communication among projects owners, agencies, and internal project team members in a structured and managed way
  6. Comfortable working in a multi-discipline environment, interfacing with a broader team (core disciplines, specialists, modalities, and customers).
  7. Assist the project leaders with the development and updates of project resources budgets, and schedules
  8. Ability to prepare and/or review contractual invoices and project payment requests and makes recommendations to Project Leaders
  9. Ability of working with contractors and sub-contractors
  10. Manage the flow of project correspondence
  11. Act in the capacity of the project leader in his or her absence
  12. Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed
  13. Knowledge of virtual and hybrid events is a must
  14. Fluency in English reading writing speaking is a must. Possessing another language will be an added advantage
  15. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  16. Excellent communication skills
  17. Excellent Negotiation skills
  18. Possessing a can-do flexible attitude all the time and can work well under pressure
  19. Can collaborate with speed and urgency
  20. Pleasant approachable personality
  21. Must be results-oriented, creative, and energetic
  22. Ability to work independently and be a trouble-shooter
  23. Experiencing in working independently or as part of a wider regional team
  24. Experience in healthcare is preferred
  25. Marketing/PR/Journalism/Communications major preferred
