Job Title:Commissioning Manager – Oil & Gas Industry

Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 25,000 – 30,000 (Full Package)
Contract Status: Family

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Manager with extensive expertise in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will lead the pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within specified quality, cost, and schedule parameters.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Experience:

1. 20+ years in the Oil & Gas industry.
2. 7–10 years in pre-commissioning/commissioning activities (minimum 5 years in a managerial role).

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
2. Professional certifications in commissioning/pre-commissioning (preferred).

Industry Knowledge:

1. Comprehensive understanding of construction management, particularly in cross-country pipelines (multi-disciplinary projects).
2. Proficiency in engineering principles and systems.
3. Extensive knowledge of international standards and Saudi Aramco standards, quality, and safety regulations.

Key Skills:

1. Strong leadership and time management abilities.
2. Effective organizational and communication skills.
3. Risk assessment and mitigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Development & Implementation:

1. Develop and implement pre-commissioning and commissioning plans.

Compliance & Standards Adherence:

1. Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and international standards, including Saudi Aramco regulations.

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Scheduling & Documentation:

1. Prepare, review, and approve pre-commissioning/commissioning schedules and related documentation.

Risk Management:

1. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.

Issue Resolution:

1. Identify and resolve deficiencies to maintain project integrity and progress.

Monitoring & Reporting:

1. Monitor progress and prepare regular reports to ensure alignment with project goals.

Project Completion:

1. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to specified quality and safety standards.
