Summary
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatt's Strategies and Brand Standards, while meeting the expectations of colleagues, guests, owners, vendors, suppliers, and community members.
The Commis or Chef De Partie (Pastry Kitchen) will be in charge of preparing the daily production for the morning bakeries, pastries for breakfast, buffet for all-day dining, banquets, coffee breaks, outdoor caterings, and weddings. You will report to the Pastry Chef for the daily running of the department in an efficient manner.
