Commercial Specialist
Job description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing sales orders and invoicing in cooperation with other departments as required from time to time (MPC, Operations, Finance)
- Provides commercial expertise support in managing customer contracts
- Follow up with finance department and IT regarding invoicing preparation and payments
- Preparing and translating letters; liaise with different departments for inputs
- Engage with customers regarding commercial matters, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and ensure the accuracy of invoicing and sales orders
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure that commercial aspects of projects are managed efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial function
Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- 2-5 years of experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Solid background in finance and/or accounting
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools
