What are my responsibilities?
- Commercial Project execution, including cost controlling, revenue recognition, invoicing, claim, and cash flow management.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contribute to the financial performance of the organization.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Project reviews, presentations, and approval processes with technical counterparts’ senior management.
- Identify potential commercial and contractual risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing risk management effectiveness.
- Liaise with the contract manager to manage change orders and claims.
- Handle contract amendments and renegotiations as required, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to support project management and commercial activities.
- Discuss, negotiate, and finalize Service level agreements with affiliates, ensuring alignment with business requirements and standards.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any related field, an advanced degree will be preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in providing financial, commercial, performance management, and/or strategic planning support to a mid-size organization. Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
- Solid understanding of applicable company and GAZT legislation and regulations and IFRS.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP/ERP handling (POC module, Order creation, Invoicing, cost analysis, etc.) and expert Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible to relocate across the kingdom.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
