Commercial Manager

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre and post contract commercial support (POMI and FIDIC).
2. Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.
3. Interim valuations and payment certificates.
4. Assisting in variations analysis, recommendations and management.
5. Assisting in risk and value management and cost control functions.
6. Assisting in costs analysis project work.
7. Assisting in identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
8. Assisting in preparation of progress/ cost reports.
9. Reporting to Associate Director on all commercial issues.
10. Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
11. Attendance and representation at commercial meetings.

Experiences and Qualifications:

1. Project experience must be broad and include projects.
2. MRICS mandatory.
3. Measurement and quantification of facility and infrastructure works.
4. Cost estimating of facility and infrastructure elements.
5. Must have previous experience of FIDIC Contracts.
6. Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
7. Min 15 years post-contract relevant capacity in contracts and commercial management.
8. Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years.
9. Must have minimum of 3 years international experience preferred but not essential.
10. Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost-X or similar is preferable.
11. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
12. Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
