About the Role

We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Division and take charge of the financial and contractual elements of a selected project. If you're an experienced professional with strong commercial acumen and a track record of successful contract and cost management we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects
2. Track claims, variations, and their time/cost impacts
3. Coordinate with contract departments and stakeholders
4. Maintain up-to-date registers and documentation
5. Collaborate with engineering, planning, QS, and procurement teams
6. Communicate and negotiate with clients for approvals and proposals

What You'll Need

1. Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial/project management role
2. Strong grasp of commercial practices in construction
3. Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
4. Financial and analytical skills to support decision-making
5. Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies
6. Familiarity with legal and regulatory commercial frameworks
