Commercial Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial activities for our new infrastructure project in KSA. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or commercial management accredited by RICS or MCIOB or equivalent accepted in KSA, with 15 years of experience. Experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions is required, along with a high level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all commercial operations related to the infrastructure project.
2. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are strictly followed.
3. Coordinate with project planning.
4. Use professional software tools to enhance project efficiency.
5. Coordinate with project teams to identify and solve problems quickly while minimizing financial losses and delays.
6. Supervise budgeting, financial matters, and ensure adherence to cost control measures.
7. Serve as a leader, guiding the team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management accredited by RICS or MCIOB or equivalent accepted in KSA.
2. 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and transportation projects.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.
4. At least 5 years of experience in the MENA region.
5. Proficient in MS Office and other necessary professional programs.
6. Expertise in planning and billing matters.
7. Strong financial and budget control knowledge.
8. Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Team-oriented, with strong communication and representation skills.
