Commercial Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities will include contract negotiation, financial analysis, and developing strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to secure favorable terms
• Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies
• Support project teams in understanding and implementing commercial strategies
• Conduct risk assessments related to contractual obligations and financial performance
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management within the construction or engineering sector
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management
• Excellent analytical abilities and financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
