The role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on prestigious real estate/infrastructure/natural resources-based projects in KSA, working closely with senior management and communicating effectively with clients.

Job Description

The Commercial Lead will be responsible for leading teams of professionals, growing and developing people, and driving quality and performance on large-scale/prestigious projects in KSA (Riyadh and NEOM – remote location). The projects include airports, mixed-use developments, cultural, hospitality, residential, infrastructure, and power/energy initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or related fields (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc).
• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related field, with MRICS qualification beneficial.
• Proactive, self-motivated team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and communicate effectively with clients and senior management.
• Experience in leading teams, growing, and developing people, with a focus on quality and performance.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location (KSA, Riyadh and NEOM).
