Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of CNC machines through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC equipment.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages and software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
