Job Description

This is a clustered job between Mercure Makkah Alaziziah & ibis styles Makkah.

1. Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises.
2. Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
3. Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control.
4. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
5. Perform administrative tasks such as roster management, daily/monthly reports, attendance, etc.
6. Inspect the CCTV Operations Room to ensure that all equipment is in working order and all cameras are correctly focused.

Qualifications

1. Relevant security and leadership experience.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good proficiency in the English language.
6. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant systems.
