The Role

As the Cluster Brand Marketing and Content Development Manager, you will lead and develop the brand strategy for multiple properties within the cluster while ensuring alignment with Red Sea Global Hospitality's global standards. Your role will involve crafting integrated marketing campaigns, developing innovative content ecosystems, and driving digital marketing excellence across a diverse and dynamic portfolio of luxury, business, and lifestyle properties. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, drive performance, and enhance the guest experience at every touchpoint.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the cluster's brand positioning and differentiation, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of omnichannel campaigns. Your leadership will foster a culture of creativity and innovation while ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and market trends.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Leadership
    • Architect a multi-dimensional branding framework that unifies the unique identity of each property within the cluster while adhering to RSGH's global standards.
    • Analyze market dynamics, competitor benchmarks, and guest sentiment to evolve the cluster's brand positioning.
    • Design strategic brand differentiation plans tailored to luxury, business, and lifestyle segments within the portfolio.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns
    • Conceptualize and execute advanced omnichannel marketing campaigns that leverage both traditional and digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with guest behavior and preferences.
    • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to attract new markets, retain existing customers, and enhance guest lifetime value through personalized engagement.
    • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, AI-driven performance analytics, and adaptive content strategies.
    • Lead the creation of scalable, immersive content strategies that go beyond static storytelling, incorporating AR/VR experiences, interactive platforms, and dynamic guest engagement tools.
    • Implement a content taxonomy system to manage and repurpose assets across properties, ensuring efficiency and brand consistency.
    • Partner with creative agencies, influencers, and production teams to deliver cutting-edge visuals, editorial content, and campaigns that resonate across cultural boundaries.
  • Advanced Digital Marketing Excellence
    • Drive innovation in digital performance marketing, utilizing programmatic advertising, AI-driven targeting, and advanced SEO/SEM strategies.
    • Oversee the deployment of robust CRM and marketing automation tools to personalize guest communication, streamline campaigns, and maximize ROI.
    • Manage RSGH's online reputation, leveraging social listening and sentiment analysis tools to guide proactive engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as the liaison between corporate leadership, property-level teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of the cluster's marketing initiatives.
    • Build strategic alliances with travel organizations, destination marketing boards, and key players in the hospitality ecosystem to amplify the cluster's visibility.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with business forecasts, pricing models, and profitability goals.
  • Leadership and Innovation Culture
    • Lead cross-functional teams to foster a culture of creativity, performance excellence, and continuous innovation within the cluster.
    • Conduct advanced workshops and training for marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Serve as an advisor to executive leadership on evolving brand strategies and marketing innovation opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • Education and Professional Background:
    • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing and content development, with at least 3 years managing multi-property portfolios in the luxury hospitality or travel sectors.
    • Proven expertise in leading large-scale, cross-regional marketing campaigns within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Core Skills and Competencies:
    • Advanced knowledge of brand architecture, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
    • Expertise in digital transformation, including blockchain loyalty programs, AI-enhanced personalization, and metaverse brand activations.
    • Exceptional ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
    • Sophisticated communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and present to executive audiences.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working in both emerging and mature hospitality markets.
    • Proficiency in multiple languages and understanding of cross-cultural marketing practices.
    • Demonstrated success in leveraging sustainability and CSR initiatives as part of brand marketing efforts.
