Clinical Dietitian

We are looking for a Clinical Dietitian with clinical knowledge and passion to support patients in managing various dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the dietetics service provided.
• Plans and implements nutrition care for patients.
• Provides nutrition education for patients and caregivers.
• Calculates nutrient and caloric intake for patients.
• Edits diet patterns and menus for patients.
• Checks patients' trays for accuracy.
• Works to ensure effective medical nutrition therapy, health promotion, and lifestyle management.
• Ensures implementation of a continuous, accurate, and effective Nutrition Care Process (NCP) for all patients.
• Manages food service to ensure food safety and quality as part of continuously monitoring and enhancing patient meals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Nutrition and Food Technology, or a bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management.
• 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Certified Clinical Dietitian Specialist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Ability to relate well to other health professionals, patients, and their relatives.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to impress upon patients and their relatives the importance and benefits of pursuing healthy eating habits.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and supervise departmental processes and policies.
