Accountabilities:

1. Overlooking and responsible for the whole Polyclinics business to ensure effective and efficient operations while achieving the business goals of the organization.
2. Designing polyclinics opening plan strategy by creating different business models of OMNIHEALTH.
3. Providing clear sales forecasts and operating expenses to maintain operations with the highest standards.
4. Leading strategy for MINI POLYCLINIC and 51 Express clinics group with a business development mindset, including selecting locations, studying the market, and preparing all licenses and requirements to open the clinics with best-in-class standards.
5. Leading end-to-end business development functions to implement best worldwide innovations in Telemedicine as a market leader to reach 1M consultations in 2024.
6. Leading Home Healthcare business to ensure access to healthcare services in remote areas and building partnerships with external laboratories.
7. Leading top line and sales strategy to achieve profitability for all polyclinics, Telemedicine, and Laboratory business, while improving sales to meet profitability targets.
8. Approving and monitoring the operational plan for the Polyclinics and assessing compliance with operational plans and company standards.
9. Leading doctors to ensure best clinical outcomes and practices, preventing losses due to insurance rejections, and ensuring strong relationships with timely billing and claiming.
10. Leading the medical team to ensure the best provision of care and hiring well-trained doctors to minimize medicolegal issues.
11. Chairing and supervising the development and implementation of the Polyclinics strategic plan to achieve stakeholder objectives.
12. Leading and approving the budget exercise with stakeholders and managing the execution of the budget throughout the year.
13. Representing the Polyclinics in meetings with governmental and regulatory bodies to maintain smooth relationships.
14. Ensuring compliance with all applicable governmental laws and regulations, including patient care regulations and licensing requirements.
15. Chairing all management committees to ensure proper strategy setting and execution of the strategic plan.
16. Regularly reporting results and achievements to stakeholders to confirm or alter strategic direction as needed.
17. Leading decision-making for performance recommendations based on market trends and intelligence analysis.
18. Ensuring compliance for the Saudi market and maintaining international/national quality certifications.
19. Monitoring and acting as an escalation point for serious operational and medical issues.
20. Managing relationships with the Ministry of Health and ensuring proper handling of complaints and legal implications.
21. Directing, participating, and managing activities for development and implementation of financial management plans in accordance with company policies.
22. Recommending policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines for the integrity of the clinics.
23. Attracting the right talents and ensuring proper succession planning for business continuity.
24. Ensuring adequate staffing and continuous availability of required supplies and resources.
25. Applying performance management and coaching procedures for team evaluation.
26. Supporting effective learning and development in collaboration with HR.

Job Requirement:

Education: Master’s degree / MBA preferably with a Medical Background

Experience: 5 years in a similar position in the healthcare industry

Computer Skills: Office

Language: English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
