As the Client Experience Associate, you will ensure seamless communication between our clients and internal teams, aligning visions and delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, gathering project briefs and requirements;
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client goals, ensuring alignment with our studio’s capabilities and vision;
  3. Collaborate closely with sales teams in the project pitching stage;
  4. Perform written and verbal translation to support local Arabic-speaking clients and international teams;
  5. Collaborate with clients to collect necessary project data and documentation, including architectural drawings and specifications;
  6. Manage client expectations regarding budget, timelines, and creative deliverables, providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle;
  7. Gather and document client feedback on creative work, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness;
  8. Communicate client feedback effectively to local and remote production teams, facilitating constructive discussions to enhance project outcomes;
  9. Work closely with the creative, production, and post-production teams to ensure that client visions are translated accurately into the final deliverables;
  10. Align team feedback with client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving;
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of 3D technologies, architectural visualisation, and the overall production pipeline (pre-production, production, and post-production);
  12. Provide insights and suggestions to clients based on industry best practices and emerging trends in architectural animations, video production and proptech;
  13. Ensure that all client communications and project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism;
  14. Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions to mitigate risks and enhance client satisfaction;
  15. Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools that enhance client interactions and project efficiency;
  16. Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Animation, Software, Design, Communications, etc.);
  2. Resident or National of Saudi Arabia (Based in Riyadh) (must);
  3. 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role within the creative, architectural, or production industries;
  4. Proven track record of working with high-end clients to manage project briefs and expectations;
  5. Fluency in English and Arabic (must);
  6. Strong understanding of 3D technologies, architectural drawings, and the production process (pre-production, production, post-production);
  7. Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, 3D modelling software);
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
  9. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail;
  10. Strong coordination management and team communication skills with proven stakeholder management;
  11. Has a natural ability to understand and anticipate client needs, ensuring their vision is accurately captured and represented in deliverables;
  12. Detail-oriented;
  13. Flexible and resilient.
