Job Description
The Clerk is responsible for providing general office support, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain records.
Sort and file documents.
Handle correspondence and assist with emails.
Provide general office support (e.g., photocopying, scanning).
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist with scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Previous experience in an office environment is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Eligibility
Open to Saudi nationals or expatriates currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
