Manage and oversee cleaning projects, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
Lead and coordinate the mobile general cleaning team, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
Handle material requisition, stock receiving, and inventory management to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Ensure the health and safety of all cleaning staff by enforcing safety protocols and best practices.
Maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule for all internal areas of contracted projects.
Perform daily inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards, and complete daily cleaning logs (ISO-based checklists and forms) for each work section.
Maintain accurate attendance logs, timesheets, and work completion certificates for submission to department coordinators.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the cleaning crew, consulting with the line manager or senior supervisor as needed.
Prepare and submit official order forms for equipment, uniforms, and materials on a weekly or monthly basis for approval by the line manager.
Assign duties to cleaning crews and inspect their work to ensure it meets prescribed cleanliness standards.
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment, following the instructions of the senior supervisor.
Implement, comply & maintain proper records of ISO international standards requirements.
Undertake additional cleaning tasks as directed by the line manager or senior supervisor.
