Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for selling the Canon Production Print Products.
  2. Generate top-quality prospects from small to big-size new businesses across the KSA & manage a very active pipeline with short or long sale cycles. Acquire & close new business deals through cold calling & prospecting.
  3. Care for the retention & revenue growth of existing clients.
  4. Establish strong business contacts/relationships with stakeholders, including data gathering & leading the customer journey to becoming a customer and keeping them satisfied.
  5. Identify qualified prospects & navigate company structures to identify decision-makers. Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients & attract prospects and identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  6. Apply consultative sales skills required to assist in explaining product benefits & features, overcoming objections, & closing sales.
  7. Drive customer engagements, meetings, develop opportunities & other skilled assets to position, propose & close deals.
  8. Deliver face-to-face &/or online presentations & proposals.
  9. Maintain active pipeline report through Salesforce, logging all activities.
  10. Quote prices & rates as needed to close the deal.
  11. Assist with the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, cost reduction, or quality/process improvement.
  12. Gather customer requirements & have a sound understanding of business processes translating into a high-level solution design.
  13. Build compelling value propositions supported with a solution design backed by a clear business case (financial & business drivers).
  14. Collaborate with the Canon Presales Consultants and Professional Services to define the best solution to propose to the customer.
  15. Formulate complex facts/solutions comprehensibly.

What We Ask

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. Extensive know-how in business process optimization, digital transformation themes, and/or in the field of cost calculation, as well as analysis and benchmarking.
  3. Strong interest in familiarizing yourself with new technologies and current IT vendors landscape.
  4. B2B Account Management background is preferred.
  5. Proven lead generation and cold calling (telephone or face-to-face) experience.
  6. Outstanding lead generation, sales, business development & negotiation skills.
  7. Social media skills (LinkedIn, Networking, etc.).
  8. Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (written & verbal).
  9. Excellent Mathematical & analytical thinking.
  10. English is mandatory & Arabic is an advantage.
  11. Experience using MS Office tools, Advanced Salesforce.com usage & Knowledge.
  12. Adaptable to unforeseen situations, keeping focus on the customer & making empowered decisions with integrity, empathy, & compassion.
  13. Consultative sales skills required to assist in explaining product benefits & features, overcoming objections, & closing sales.
  14. Ability to translate potential client needs into sales opportunities.
  15. Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, persuasive & results-oriented.
  16. Strong hunter/new business development skills in B2B sales with a desire to exceed expectations & quotas.
  17. Ensure the timely & successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs & objectives.
  18. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied & delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  19. Apply appropriate sales techniques & demonstrate sustained achievement of stated goals.
  20. Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills.
  21. Valid KSA driving license & car is a must.
