Civil Foreman

Supervise and oversee civil and fit-out works, including structural, finishing, and interior activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the workforce, assign tasks to teams, and provide technical guidance.
2. Interpret and implement project drawings and specifications accurately.
3. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Supervise fit-out works such as partitioning, flooring, ceiling installation, carpentry, painting, and other finishing tasks.
5. Oversee civil works such as masonry, concrete, plastering, and waterproofing.
6. Inspect and ensure the quality of work meets project standards.
7. Plan and organize materials, tools, and resources to avoid delays and minimize wastage.
8. Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure workers use personal protective equipment (PPE).
9. Conduct toolbox talks and identify potential hazards to mitigate risks.
10. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of labor, materials, and completed work.
