Civil Engineer Planner

Responsibilities

• The urban scheme is familiar with land-use laws and has been reviewed from time to time.
• Work on the study and analysis of data.
• The ability to make appropriate decisions with regard to villages, towns, cities, and rural areas.
• Ensure that the implementation of the plans is evaluated and the results monitored.
• The importance of making the desired upgrades and improvements, with a view to improving the standard of living and achieving a balance in the suburbs.
• The city scheme should be made aware of the site plans prepared by the developers and reviewed.
• Finding innovative plans and solutions that correspond to different parts of cities.
• The importance of presenting and submitting projects to the competent authorities.
• Collaboration with government officials and some individuals based on data analysis and scientific research strategies.
• Communication, coordination, and consultation with other developers, such as architects and surveyors.
• Preparation of maps and charts.
• Ensure that some changes are made to the schemes and some studies on the labour market, while analysing environmental and economic data.
• Visiting and inspecting field locations and monitoring the progress of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering (such as civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering)
• 3 to 5 years of experience
