We are looking for an OSP/PON Presales Telecom/Civil Engineer for our Company Bazy Trading & Contracting in Saudi Arabia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and execute the Project Plan.
2. Evaluate the progress of a project on site by studying technical resources like drawings.
3. Respond to RFP’s/RFQ's and create necessary documentation.
4. Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plan to meet the project quality requirements.
5. Establish project quality objectives in line with project goals.
6. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
7. Assess the cost of labor, materials, and time required for a project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Experience as a Fit-Out Estimator/Engineer.
