Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Civil Engineering skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
2. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
2. Quality Control Oversight: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for architectural works, ensuring compliance.
3. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works, including labor, materials, and equipment.
4. Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other structures, ensuring they meet safety standards.
5. Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets.

Job Details:

4 hours of work per day for a house under the finishing stage. The candidate should possess the ability to coordinate activities with contractors effectively.
