HR Supervisor at Kottouf & Sweet Trading Company

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chocolate Chef at Kottouf & Sweet Trading Company located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a talented and creative Chocolate Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate must have +5 years of experience in the chocolate field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience in Moulding and Enrobing machines.
2. Knowledge in fillings, pralines & caramel cooking.
3. Experience new techniques, flavors, and chocolate styles to innovate and expand our product offerings.
4. Ensure the highest standards of quality control, taste, and presentation.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with the team to fulfill large orders and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chocolate chef or chocolatier.
2. Expertise in tempering chocolate, molding, and creating various chocolate products.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
