Must-Have:

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale livestock operations, particularly with sheep or ruminants.
• Skilled in livestock management systems and performance-tracking tools.
• In-depth knowledge of sheep health, nutrition, and reproduction management.
• Hands-on experience in intensive feedlot systems, breeding programs, and biosecurity.

Nice to Have:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
• Knowledge of the latest industry research and innovations in sheep production.
