Chief Risk Officer

Responsibilities:

To manage and direct the risk function for an asset management company.

Responsible for all decisions on risk management issues.

Sets the risk management strategy and is charged with delivering that strategy to the company.

Possesses an intimate knowledge of internal business processes and the organization's industry.

Exhibits business process knowledge, possesses a broad based operational perspective and provides solutions for non-insurance related business risk issues.

Recognized risk leader.

Seeks ways to optimize risks in the organization as a competitive business advantage.

Job Skills:

• Highly developed communications skills
• Team player, change agent, strategic and creative
• 10-15 years at the highest level of credit risk management
• Minimum of 5 years in investment banking
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to drive performance from all areas within their company
• Masters degree, MBA or good Business Degree from recognised university
• Saudi preferred but Arabic / English essential
