What this job involves
Reporting to the Country Head of JLL KSA, this role is an executive level position. The role combines both execution of strategy and operational oversight as well as management of strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. The COO will also lead and integrate the operations side of the business with the enabling functions sitting in regional or global vertical organizations. The ideal COO will have skills and qualities which complement those of the Country Head. S/he will appropriately challenge and counsel the Country Head and thereby build a strong and effective partnership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate / construction industry.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
Track record of driving operational efficiencies, financial performance, and sustainable growth.
Experience in managing complex projects and operations in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes efficiency, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret key business insights.
