Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the transformation, development, and implementation of the HR department.
2. Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
3. Oversee HR policies, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
4. Drive transformational initiatives to enhance company culture and structure.
5. Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and retention.
6. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and act as a strategic advisor.
7. Report directly to the Corporate CEO.

Requirements

Education: University Degree with postgraduate studies

Local Expertise: Candidates must be familiar with local business practices and culture.

Experience: 15+ years in HR, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in Saudi Arabia.

Management Scale: Experience managing organizations with thousands of employees.

Industry Background: Oil and gas industry experience valued.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dhahran.

Skills: Strong leadership and transformational skills.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

In accordance with Saudi labour regulations, this position must be filled by a Saudi national.
