Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

A leading organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Chief Corporate Communications & Marketing Officer to lead its strategic communications and marketing function. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Deputy CEO, overseeing the full spectrum of internal and external communications, brand positioning, PR, marketing strategy, and awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing, communications, and public relations strategies.
• Oversee brand image, media relations, corporate content, and marketing campaigns across all platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments.
• Drive innovation in content, research, awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage agency relationships, media planning, event execution, and campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and business continuity requirements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a large communications and marketing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 13 years of senior-level experience in marketing, corporate communications, or PR.
• Proven track record in leading marketing functions within a corporate or large-scale environment.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English required).
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
