Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer

Job Requirements:

1. Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement a security strategy aligned with SAMA regulations, ensuring enterprise-wide compliance and regular risk assessments.
2. Cybersecurity Operations: Oversee cybersecurity controls such as encryption, access control, network security, incident response, and disaster recovery.
3. Data Privacy & Protection: Manage data privacy policies and ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and data protection laws.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team and promote a strong security culture.
5. Technology & Innovation: Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and implement new technologies to improve security posture.

Candidate Requirements:

1. At least 8/10+ years in information security, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
3. Proven experience in security strategy, risk management, and team leadership.
4. Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM preferred.
