Chief Information Officer

Ruya Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of driving transformational change and managing large-scale enterprise systems. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure, including cyber security, enterprise systems, networks, and support services. The CIO will report directly to the CEO and will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
2. Build and maintain a high-performing IT team.
3. Manage cyber security initiatives to ensure the safety and integrity of systems.
4. Lead IT projects and initiatives, including overseeing a PMO and managing high-risk projects. Provide leadership and guidance on IT budgeting, reporting, and KPIs.
5. Collaborate with executive teams and attend meetings to provide IT insights and support.
6. Ensure robust day-to-day operations of IT systems.
7. Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services, including managing vendors and contracts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive transformational change.
4. Extensive experience in managing enterprise systems, networks, and cyber security.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
6. In support of nationalization, this position is only open to nationals of Saudi Arabia.
