Chief Financial Officer

A dynamic and rapidly growing pet food manufacturing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are committed to providing high-quality, nutritious pet food products to pet owners across the region. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced CFO to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
2. M&A Strategy: Develop and execute M&A strategies to drive growth and expand the company's market presence.
3. Funding and Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
4. Manufacturing Accounting: Ensure accurate and efficient accounting practices, including cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets.
6. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic financial plans.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. MBA or CFA preferred.
3. Minimum [10] years of experience as a CFO or equivalent role in a manufacturing environment.
4. Proven track record in M&A transactions, including deal structuring, valuation, and integration.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting principles and practices.
6. Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
7. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
8. Strong leadership and communication skills.
9. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
