Job Title: Charge Nurse

Job Description:

1. Record patients’ medical records and monitor vital signs.
2. Supervise nursing staff and monitor their needs.
3. Coordinate daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
4. Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
5. Mentor and train new staff and provide support and guidance to all staff members.
6. Monitor medical charts and provide compassionate care and assistance to patients and families.
7. Liaise with doctors and administrators and communicate any protocol changes to staff.
8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
9. Record and maintain accurate reports.
10. Identify issues or emergencies and respond in a calm and efficient manner.
