Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Executive at PeopleLink. The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing communication with channel partners, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop partnerships with audio-visual channels, distributors, and resellers in the country.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, understanding their needs and providing necessary support.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for audio-visual products in the country.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on the features and benefits of audio-visual products. This includes technical training and sales training.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the audio-visual industry within the country.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for audio-visual products within the assigned country.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to the audio-visual industry.
  • Gather feedback from channel partners and customers to improve products and services.

Skills

  • Proven track record of success in channel sales management, with at least 2+ years of experience in IT sales.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales methodologies, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor channel partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
