CEO Construction/ Contracting sector Arabic speaker

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a CEO on behalf of our client, a well-established Saudi company operating in the contracting industry in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and the chairman, the CEO will oversee all aspects of business performance, staffing, and operational activities.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in general management and a deep understanding of the contracting or construction business. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop effective solutions in a dynamic business environment. The role demands a proven capability to lead and manage rapid organizational change and improve profitability. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a CEO or GM position within a contracting or construction company, accompanied by a demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth and transformation/restructuring projects, which is a critical requirement for success in this position.

Your background:

• 10-15 years of experience in running a construction/contracting large firm in Saudi Arabia with at least 3-5 years as CEO
• Proven leader with a track record of successful accomplishments
• Able to handle day-to-day operations at the highest level while leading strategy development initiatives for the long term
• Excellent in English and Arabic
