To support the Supply Chain function in managing the preparation of CapEx, tracking the monthly Capital spending performance and focusing on meeting the Sector deadlines as per timelines with quality analysis and comments for monthly, quarterly and annual Capex reporting and managing preparation of balance sheet and Operating Cash flow with focus on driving Working Capital by closely working with key stakeholders and reporting to sector as per deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the capex including the write-up and the financial model, key assumptions, and corresponding PPT deck (as needed). Coordinates with field Ops Finance Capex on data pull and obtaining all the required information.
  • Lead tracking, review, and accurate timely submission of monthly Capex monitor. Further to submission, ensure detailed analysis is prepared and shared with project team in BU and Sector and highlight projects which are under spend.
  • Work closely with supply chain senior manager on requirements to develop new reports and templates to support business decision making.
  • Work with Supply Chain Finance Manager in managing GCCF Working Capital.
  • Identify areas of improvement for working capital optimization by partnering with other functions to drive the WC initiatives.
  • Analyse working capital performance providing meaningful insights and deliver numbers managing risks & opportunities proactively.
  • Coordinating, reviewing, and tracking Working Capital Productivity initiatives for GCCF; and provide the required analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Review and coordinate non-P&L productivity submission, providing quality and timely working capital and non-P&L productivity submissions to the Sector as per the deadlines.
  • Manage and coordinate AOP and Quarterly FCST process for working capital in accordance with Sector timelines ensuring quality reviews with the BU team and the Sector team.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly performance review deck, AOP and Forecast presentations for Working Capital.
  • Support in reviewing BU quarterly Working Capital initiatives and major variances.
  • Support the team to drive process improvement and simplification initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 4-6 years of working experience
  • Analytical skills and IT familiarity
  • Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
