Our growing call center in Jeddah is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from our customers in a timely and professional manner. We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in English, have prior call center experience, and can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer requests or issues
Providing accurate information about products or services to customers
Resolving customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Meeting individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience working in a call center environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
