We are hiring a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure is essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month with no English language requirement. We welcome Indian nationals who are fluent in Hindi or any other regional languages.
