We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, preferably of Pakistani nationality with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide accurate information or solutions
Keep records of all conversations and transactions
Follow up with customers regarding any unresolved issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Pakistani nationality preferred
No prior experience required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
