Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Manager in Jeddah. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for new system implementation, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining service quality standards, and implementing process improvements. The Call Center Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize and achieve business goals.

  8. Knowledge of call center operations and best practices
  9. SAP/Oracle Software
  10. Bachelor's degree in related field
