Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing the work of employees, they play a vital role in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
As a Café Boulud Assistant Manager – Restaurant Hostess, you are responsible for creating and implementing efficient systems and processes to ensure seamless operations. This includes overseeing scheduling, monitoring inventory levels, managing food and beverage quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
