Responsibilities:

1. Handling cash purchases from request to placement.
2. Sourcing suitable suppliers for each item category.
3. Preparing timely expenses reports and managing daily cash invoices.
4. Following up with suppliers for pending orders and ensuring timely delivery.
5. Experience in the Khobar market and maintaining strong supplier data.
6. Handling any requirements related to construction work.

What we need from you:

• A certificate in a specialized field such as finance.
• Experience in the purchasing department of a hotel.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes.
